Privacy policy

This policy covers the PDF to Word converter and the related tools (Word to PDF, merge, compress, OCR, and the rest of the catalog). Last updated 11 September 2026.

Who we are

We offer browser converters for PDF and Office files. Contact: hello@pdftowordconverteronline.com.

Files you upload

When you convert, the file is used only to complete that tool. We do not read files for marketing. We do not sell contents. We do not use documents to train machine-learning models.

Uploads and results are deleted automatically within about one hour. Download links stop working after that. If you need the file, save it on your device.

Visit records

Standard access records may include IP address, time, page, and browser. File contents are not kept in those records on purpose. They help us find abuse and outages.

Local storage in your browser

Theme preference, a visit count, and recent tool names can stay on your device. That data does not include the contents of your PDFs. Clear site data in the browser to remove it.

Cookies

You do not need an account cookie to convert. If we add analytics or ads later, this page will name them.

Your rights

Because files expire quickly, we usually cannot retrieve a deleted upload. For a privacy request about logs, email us with the date and approximate time of your visit. We will not unlock someone else’s document.

Children

The tools are not aimed at children under 13. Do not upload a child’s personal documents unless you are the parent or guardian and the law allows it.
