If a conversion failed

Tell us the tool name (for example PDF to Word or Compress PDF), the file type, approximate size, and whether you could select text in the PDF. Do not send the document itself unless we ask — we do not need personal files in email.

If you need the file back

We cannot recover an upload after it has been deleted from the server. That usually happens within an hour. Convert again from your original.

Partnerships and press

Use the same address. Put “partnership” or “press” in the subject so it is easier to sort.

Security reports

If you found a vulnerability in this site, email us with steps to reproduce. Do not attach exploit files. We will not pay a bounty unless we say so in writing.
